Mission
Working together with the administrative team and community, we will provide  an environment that will maximize the personal growth, citizenship and academic achievement of all students.  

Board of Education Goals
Goal 1:
Working together with the community to build a positive relationship with the community as measured by the level of satisfaction with Board performance.
 
Goal 2:
Working together with the Administrative Team the Board will model a partnership that fosters mutual respect and collaboration as measured through bi-annual assessments.
 
Goal 3:
Provide an environment to maximize growth, citizenship and academic achievement to become a high performing Board as measured by the System Check Level III.

Board of Education Committed to Education
In April, Laurie Hicks, Board president, and Cheryl Flesher, Board treasurer, attended the National School Board Association, NSBA 69th Conference. South Redford Board members attended the conference to learn about best practices regarding raising student achievement, stimulus package information, evaluations, safe schools and more. The NSBA Conference features professional development workshops sessions designed to educate and assist school board members about current issues and pertinent information on school governance.
