The South Redford School District is a Detroit suburb, in the southern portion of Redford Township, in Southeast Michigan. The District has a welcoming and friendly small-town atmosphere where students, parents and staff come together to create a dynamic learning environment. We service a student enrollment population of approximately 3,400 students through four neighborhood elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school.
We are continually working to make sure our curriculum and assessments align across all grade levels with Michigan Standards, Benchmarks and Grade Level Content Expectations. The South Redford Board of Education is supportive of the continuous learning process of our teachers and understands the benefits teachers gain through professional development.
The District's Annual Report provides a dissaggretation of student achievement at the district and state level and is compiled by the District's Communication Coordinator.
